Being recognized by ISG for a 3rd consecutive year, Invisors has grown from their 2023 Rising Star ranking to being recognized with a Star of Excellence in 2024 and 2025, an achievement demonstrating the highest score of surveyed customer feedback among all participating partners, as well as ranking among industry leaders in all quadrants.

Only one service provider is named a Rising Star in each category. In addition to these rankings Invisors received a Star of Excellence for the second year in a row. Star of Excellence is a program, designed by ISG, to collect client feedback about providers’ success in demonstrating the highest standards of client service excellence and customer centricity. In the ISG Star of Excellence® research on enterprise customer experience (CX), clients have given feedback about their experience with service providers for their Workday Ecosystem services. The most important CX pillar for their clients is Execution and Delivery, and being open to constructive criticism or suggestions for improvement is what the clients liked the most. Invisors' CX score is 95.3%.
